Jazzthebat is an accomplished cosplayer and costume creator, driven by a powerful hope to amplify afrofuturism, inclusivity, and body positivity – in nerdery and pop culture at large. She loves to portray powerful black characters and afrofuturist reimaginings, using her height to great advantage for awe-inspiring cosplays. Garnet, Big Barda, Roadhog, M’Baku, and the mighty King Bowser are just a few of her favorites from past appearances, and she’s always working on her next character. In her down time, she’s an illustrator and comic artist, with experience in the film industry.
