When first glancing at Lester Speight, the first thought that comes to mind is, ‘this guy is not to be messed with’; but on the contrary – he’s just the opposite. Lester Speight, who is 6’5” and clocks in around 285 lbs., quickly turns the attention away from his size once he flashes that million-dollar smile. “It’s funny, my size gives off the wrong impression to people, but they quickly learn I’m not the neighborhood bully, but the neighborhood “Super Hero” laughs Speight.

Speight who hails from Baltimore, MD, has been defending one thing or another most of his life. During his college years, Speight was a Division I All-American Linebacker for Morgan State University and later went on to sign with the Baltimore Stars of the USFL. After the Stars, Speight continued his sports career and began a professional wrestling career, where he was known to fans
as ‘Rasta the Voodoo Man.’

“Speight has appeared on TV shows like, "Homicide: Life on the Street " HBO "The Corner" in his Baltimore City roots. It didn’t take long for Speight to get his feet wet in the industry. He immediately traveled to the west coast to journey into a full-time acting career.” Speight’s landed roles in a variety of television shows upon arriving in Los Angeles, including,"Walker, Texas Ranger" "18 Wheels of Justice," "Ladies Man," "Three Sisters," "That's My Bush," “Arli$$”, “The
Young and the Restless”, “NYPD Blue” and “Malcolm in the Middle” to name a few. Early on, his feature films included, "Meteor Man," director Oliver Stone’s “Any Given Sunday,” “The Replacements,” “Cradle 2 the Grave,” and “Malibu’s Most Wanted.”

Since then, with a body of work that spans over two decades, the opportunity came up for Speight to play "Hardcore Eddie" in Paramount Studio’s, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" or TF3, directed by Michael Bay, executive producer Steven Spielberg. TF3 went on to be the box office juggernaut that it is. TF3: “Dark of the Moon” has now surpassed "Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" to become the fourth highest grossing movie of all-times grossing worldwide over $1 billion. for is the Reebok Super Bowl commercial as the hard-hitting office linebacker Terry Tate, the overly aggressive employee who makes it his job to keep office employees in order.
